I love the fact that I can call him and say "I have this much $, for this many pens, similar to last time" and he "just does it." He made the process easy and seamless. The pens are great, shipping quick and service amazing! It was great!

The one thing I appreciated the most about working with Promotional Products, professional to professional, was that there was a lot of communication. They communicated a lot throughout the process. They let me know when things were getting started, when they were being shipped, and they followed up with me after they shipments. They have just excellent customer service!
Some of the mugs had defects, but the defects had nothing to do with the printing, but rather the actual ceramic mugs themselves. I wasn't even going to say anything about it, as it was just a dozen, but they asked me if everything was okay, so I told them about the defects, and they jumped right on it and gave me a refund. I told them not to worry about it, but they insisted. They were very professional, had great customer service, and a great product.
