Production Ready Art Specifications

Clients are welcome to submit production ready graphics for any projects.  We ask that you setup your production file to the following specifications based on ASI and PPIA standards. We accept Mac or PC-based files and will preflight and resize your artwork to fit the promotional product’s imprint area at no charge. If you do not have artwork that meets these specifications, our graphic designers are willing and able to take whatever graphics you have and create production artwork.  Please contact Client Services for artwork specifications on any production method or for answers to any technical questions you may have.

Formats that will Require Additional Work

  • Images used in websites (JPEGs,GIFs) will generally not be acceptable for promotional product printing. The resolution is typically 72 dpi and the resulting image would not meet quality standards.

Acceptable ways of Sending Artwork

Common File Errors

  • Using or nesting low resolution,  72 dpi, web images within an EPS file.
  • Files were created using improper color palettes.  RGB files will need to be converted into PMS Spot Colors or CMYK Process formulas depending on imprinting method. Converting files may cause a shift in hues.
  • Failing to setup fonts as curves or outlines resulting in a font mismatch.
